Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to announce our first Testdrive hackfest!
Testdrive is a tool for managing the testing of ISO files, by default, the ones for ubuntu. It acts as a hub for downloading/syncing, creating VMs, and creating live USBs.
Testdrive has seen slow development in the past cycles, but I and Jackson Doak (Noskcaj) has revived it into active development. Now we would like to invite all interested developers to join our first Testdrive hackfest, which will be held at 10th August, 2013!
The hackfest will run from 10:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC on #ubuntu-quality on Freenode IRC, with Google+ Hangouts hosted by us from 10:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC and 14:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC.
We have quite a number of features and bugs that we would like to ask contributors to help fixing, so it’s a good chance for you to help us!
Not only can you write Python code, you can also help in translations and also documentation, locally or on the wiki!
The details are in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/Testdrive/Hackfest and please really join in!
